Guided by Science. Rooted in Soul.
Women’s healthcare, perimenopause support, and coaching with Josie Hopwood, DNP, WHNP — serving women in Utah and nationwide. A holistic approach to restore balance — because true healing begins when you align with your body’s innate wisdom and power.
A New Standard of Care
Are you tired of feeling rushed, dismissed, or unheard in doctor’s visits?
Our modern medical system does a remarkable job responding to illness — but it often falls short when it comes to helping people stay well, resilient, and vibrant. Sacred Soul SLC offers a different way. Here, care is unhurried and deeply compassionate. This approach is rooted in lifestyle medicine and integrative care — addressing nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, hormones, and lived experience together. We take the time to explore why things are happening, not just what to do. This is a safe space for healing, growth, and a coming home to yourself.
Women’s Wellness That Sees the Whole You
Are you ready to take ownership of your health — not just manage symptoms?
If you want to feel strong, balanced, and confident in your body… if you’re overwhelmed by conflicting health advice online… if you’re navigating weight changes, cycle concerns, PCOS, endometriosis, or preparing your body for pregnancy — you’re in the right place. Your menstrual cycle is so much more than a monthly inconvenience; it’s a vital sign that offers powerful insight into your overall health. Together, we go beyond prescriptions to understand your body, support your hormones, and create sustainable change from the foundations up. Medical care is available to women in Utah; coaching and education are available nationwide.
Perimenopause & Menopause: Supported, Not Dismissed
Have you been wondering what’s happening to your body — and why no one prepared you for it?
Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, often beginning in the late 30s or early 40s — and it’s one of the most misunderstood stages of women’s health. Ages 35–45 are the prime years to prepare for perimenopause, and your 40s and 50s don’t have to be defined by feeling “off,” exhausted, or unlike yourself. Whether you want to train for what’s ahead or find relief and clarity right now, I offer whole-person care for perimenopause and menopause that honors this transition. We focus on nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and — when appropriate — hormone therapy, so you can feel informed, supported, and empowered through every stage.
